Sarajevo Airport achieved a record Number of Passengers in one Day

On Monday, July 22, the staff of Sarajevo International Airport saw off and welcomed 10,404 passengers and successfully implemented 79 air operations.

“This is a record number of passengers who used the services of the Sarajevo airport during one day compared to the year 2022 when the number of 7,714 passengers was recorded,” MAS announced.

In the statement, they thanked all the workers and supporting services for, regardless of the large crowds and difficult working conditions due to high temperatures, they gave their best this time so that the process of accepting the plane, passengers and luggage went smoothly.

Sarajevo International Airport recorded an impressive increase in the number of passengers during June and continued to break records. Namely, 202,515 passengers passed through this airport, which is 51,363 more passengers than in May of this year.
In June, 1,798 air operations were performed, that is, 372 air operations more than in May.
