Sarajevo Court ordered a Custody for Five Foreigners

The Municipal Court in Sarajevo ordered a one-month detention for five foreign citizens arrested in Ilidža for the kidnapping of the Syrian A.E.A., Court spokesperson Amra Hodžić confirmed to the media.

Hodžić told the portal “Avaz” that the judge of the Municipal Court accepted the proposal of the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor’s Office.

The same source states that Jaroslav Lano /19/, Dmitrij Dobiaš /20/, Oleksandr Ihnatov /38/ and Yevheni Hulei /21/ were arrested on suspicion of having committed the kidnapping, while the girl Anastasija Makarenko /19/ is charged with assisting.

Two are citizens of Ukraine, two are Georgians and one is a citizen of Russia.

The prosecution requested custody due to the risk of flight.
