Members of the Ministry of the Interior of the Sarajevo Canton arrested one of the leaders of the Skaljar clan, Ognjen Orašanin, in the Sarajevo settlement of Otoka, for whom an Interpol warrant was issued, security agencies confirmed to Srna.

Orasanin was found in an apartment in Otoka settlement, after which he was handed over to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Srna learns that Orašanin was located in an apartment in Otoka by the Intelligence and Security Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The BiH Prosecutor’s Office charges him with organized crime, and he was on the run for several years.

It is currently being determined how the Orašanin entered Bosnia and Herzegovina.

His name is also mentioned in the report of the MUP of the Republika Srpska from 2022, when several people were arrested in the area of ​​Sokolac and Sarajevo for drug smuggling and money laundering.
