Sarajevo Waves: First Building completed, remaining Works cost 40 Million BAM

Sarajevo Waves ee24.comSarajevo Waves is a business-residential complex situated right along the Željeznica River and consisting of six facilities – five residential and one business facility.

Construction of the first residential facility began in February 2015 and all works have been completed in under a year – from rough construction works to fine interior works.

The existing facility with a total square area of 8,500 square meters is considered completed, a request for technical acceptance has been submitted, and connection to the complete infrastructure for the entire complex Sarajevo Waves has also been completed, including gas, water, sewerage, substation and access road.

Total number of residential units is 49 with accompanying parking space for each apartment in the garage located in the underground floor. Besides the balconies in the apartments, residents will also be able to use the future joint green terrace on the roof.

The project also envisages a business center on two floors that will significantly enrich this settlement in terms of content and provide more choices to the residents in the vicinity of their homes.

Value of the upcoming works is nearly 40 million BAM.
