Saudi Abdulhakeem Al-Tuwaijri will become the new coach of Zeljezničar, Klix.ba portal learns.
The 44-year-old Saudi will thus succeed Nermin Bašić on the bench of the Blues, who left the club from Grbavica after a bad start to the season.
Al-Tuwaijri was educated in the strongest European leagues. In the Football Association of England, he obtained the first and second level of education for a football coach, and he obtained the UEFA A and Pro license in the football associations of Scotland and Northern Ireland.
He completed his master’s degree in football management at the institute of one of the world’s greatest ever footballers, the Johan Cruyff Institute in Barcelona.
Official confirmation of Al-Tuwajiri’s arrival is expected in the coming days.
