Schools in BiH were Death Camps, and no one mentions that to New Generations

Schools, sports facilities, cultural centers, tens of different public institutions, including municipal buildings or police administrations during the aggression in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) have been turned into death camps, places of horrific crimes, torture, and executions.

It is amazing, however, that such places, after serving monstrous ideas, are completely normally prepared for regular activities. No sign that any of the facilities was a camp where innocent people were tortured and killed.

“Camps have been established throughout our country and there is practically no occupied municipality in which the school was not used for this genocidal intent in the spring and summer of 1992. They were formed in the occupied municipalities around Sarajevo, throughout Podrinje, Krajina. The key determinants of crimes againstBosniaks from Bijeljina and Zvornik, Bratunac, Vlasenica, Srebrenica, Rogatica, Cajnice, Rudo, Visegrad, Foca, Kalinovik, Bileca … were the detentions in schools, cultural centers and mass killing, torture, torture, rape of civilians among which there was a significant number of juveniles, ” toldMuamer Dzananovic, research associate at the Institute for Research of Crimes against Humanity and International Law, University of Sarajevo.

Crimes against Bosniak civilians in all Podrinje municipalities were committed according to the established pattern. For example, crimes in the Rogatica Agricultural Facility, the school in Rogatica, the horse stables in Borike, the Church Home, the Nursery, and other facilities will permanently mark the lives of many Rogatica Bosniaks.

“Rajko Kusic signed combat reports on the accommodation of the Muslim population in a school in Rogatica. Witnesses who were forced to clean up the traces of the crime testified that when they entered the room where two prisoners were, one of whom was he was dead, and that he was beaten so badly that it was just a pile of blood and flesh that was impossible to recognize and identify, ” emphasizes Dzananovic.

On the other hand, crimes against Bosniaks in the municipalities of Rudo, Cajnice, Kalinovik are less focused on the public and researchers, but detention in camps in the hunting lodge “Mostina,” in the Police Department in Cajnice and at school began in April, and crimes were committed in the following period until all Bosniaks werekilled, tortured and expelled.

”About a hundred victims of killings in the municipality of Rudo and the complete “cleansing” of Bosniaks from this municipality was done according to an identical matrix. The search of families for the remains of their loved ones continues today. In addition to all the crimes against civilians in Kalinovik, it should be noted that a significant number of Bosniaks, mostly from Foca and Gacko weretaken to the primary school in Kalinovik, where they were beaten, raped, and killed, “ states Dzananovic.

He recalls that Serb forces in Foca committed monstrous crimes against Bosniak civilians, and that “ethnic cleansing” was carried out in a similar way in Visegrad, where school buildings were also used for genocidal purposes.

The specifics are that after the crime, in most “ethnically cleansed” places, the premises were cleaned of traces of crime and prepared for regular activities.

The teaching process in schools was duly continued as early as the end of 1992. To this day, no one tells RS school studentsfrom Republika Srpska (RS) about the monstrous history of the facilities where children spend most of the day, Klix.ba writes.
