SDA – BiH is the Owner of State Property, we do not accept other Solutions

The Democratic Action Party (SDA) warns again that according to the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the owner of state property is the state and as such must be registered in land registers, cadastres and other public records.

Regarding the information that appeared in the media that the issue of solutions for state property is being considered within the international community, the SDA believes that the issue of management, use and disposal of state property can only be regulated by a law to be passed by the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

– The above-mentioned law must be in accordance with the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the decisions of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina on the subject of state property – the statement of that party states.

For SDA, any proposal that does not respect those two principles is absolutely unacceptable.

– Until the aforementioned law is adopted, and in order not to block economic development, it is necessary to activate a commission at the state level that would make individual exemptions from the temporary ban on the disposal of state property, according to the SDA.
