The Social Democratic Party (SDP) of Bosnia and Herzegovina announced that tomorrow it will file a criminal complaint against Milorad Dodik, Staša Kosarac, Nenad Stevandić and Draško Stanivuković to the BiH Prosecutor’s Office.

The reason for submitting the report is, as stated by the SDP BiH, the commission of the criminal act of public approval, denial, gross belittling and attempts to justify the crime of genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes determined by a final judgment, in accordance with Article 145a (3) of the Criminal Code of BiH.

“In the coming days, following the public statements, we will also file criminal charges against other public officials who glorify the criminal Ratko Mladić and dispute, deny, justify or downplay the crimes for which he was convicted, including genocide,” stated the SDP BiH statement.

From that party, they called on citizens to follow public announcements themselves and to document and file reports against all perpetrators when they see the mentioned practice.
