Sebastian KurzThe Austrian Minister of foreign affairs Sebastian Kurz expressed his belief that B&H will soon get a formed authority which will immediately start to work and implement reforms necessary to accelerate the process of accessing to the EU. “There is no alternative” – stated Kurz and said that the political leaders in B&H should “use the chance to step forward”.

The Austrian chief of diplomacy stated that his country supports the German-British initiative for unblocking the situation in B&H.”

“We must overcome the stagnation B&H is facing concerning the way towards EU. Any initiative approaching B&H to the EU is welcome” – said Kurz shortly before today’s meeting of ministers of foreign affairs of the EU 28 member countries in Brussels.

Kurz expects a more serious engagement of EU in B&H to be discussed during today’s meeting.
