The President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, said that today at the auction, Serbia bought Adolf Hitler’s order for the attack on the Kingdom of Yugoslavia and Greece in the Second World War, because it wants to protect history and preserve everything that belongs to it.
Vučić pointed out that until now this order was in “who knows whose private collection”, and that it will now be returned to Serbian museums.
The Government of Serbia announced earlier that it bought at an auction the infamous directive of March 27, 1941, by which Hitler issued an order to attack the Kingdom of Yugoslavia and the Kingdom of Greece, Hina reports.
