Service for Foreigners Office Received Donation from Norway

sluzba za poslove sa strancimaThe government of the Kingdom of Norway, through its embassy in Sarajevo, donated uniforms for members of the security service of the immigration center for foreigners’ affairs.

The donation is worth 50.000 KM and will be given today by the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Norway Vibeke Lilloe.

In this way, the friendly country continues to lend practical support for the rule of law in B&H and commends the Office for Foreigners for its successful work in the field of prevention of all forms of illegal migration and the important role played by this government institution today when B&H has more than 1.000 kilometers of a border with the EU.

The Office will, in cooperation with law enforcement institutions in B&H, continue to act in a way that our country is a safe barrier for all those who illegally try to cross our territories to countries of the EU. The handing over of the donation is planned for 12:00.
