Session of the BiH Council of Ministers scheduled for Today

At the session scheduled for today, the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina should consider a new text of information on the situation in the field of migration in Bosnia and Herzegovina for the year 2025 and for the first three months of this year.

The Report on the implementation of the Action Plan for the implementation of the Integrated Border Management Strategy in Bosnia and Herzegovina for the year 2025 should also be considered.

Among other things, the agenda should include the Draft Agreement between the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Government of the Republic of Croatia on border procedures for the railway border crossings Šamac – Slavonski Šamac (North) and Čapljina – Metković (South) on the European transport corridor Western Balkans – Eastern Mediterranean (former Pan-European Vc corridor) with a Report on the negotiations carried out to harmonize the text of the Agreement.

The Ministers should have an Initiative for conducting negotiations for the conclusion of the Loan Agreement (Reconstruction of the water supply and sewerage infrastructure of the city zone and suburban settlements in Živinice) between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.

The Opinion with the tender documentation for the appointment of leading civil servants – representatives of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina before the European Court of Human Rights should also be considered.
