Seven companies from BiH are currently working on the building of one of the most exclusive resorts in the world, all funded by the Dubai Government.

Workers from Bosnia and Herzegovina have been working for a year and a half on a huge and important project in Rwanda. The project is kept a secret, but Sejo Golos, a professor at the Faculty of Architecture in Sarajevo, who was also a project designer, agreed to release some details about the project for Oslobodjenje newspapers.

It is a five-star hotel and all companies that are working on it are exclusively from BiH, meaning that it is 100 percent BiH product. There are seven companies from our country – Krivaja, ZGP, Elektra, Prunus, Luk, Ans Drive and Global.

“We worked on this project for Dubai investors, for the Government of Dubai, more precisely. Naimely, it is the “One and Only” resort and it’s one of the most expensive resorts in the world. We are working on this project for a little longer than a year and a half, and during this time, I managed to engage these companies on construction jobs, which is of great importance to them. We are about to finish this project for about three to four months,” Golos said.

The monthly earnings of these workers are higher for three times and they will earn from 3,200 to 5,000 BAM, depending on the position they are working on.
