Several airlines have decided to establish night flights with Sarajevo in the coming period, and soon it will be possible to fly from the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) to Belgrade, Muscat, and Medina during the night.
The airline Air Serbia will soon establish night flights from the Sarajevo Airport, which will take place on the route Belgrade – Sarajevo – Belgrade three times a week: on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays.
The Sarajevo International Airport confirmed that it was announced that night flights will be operated from June 12th to September 30th, and the daily flight schedule will not change.
“The landing from Belgrade to Sarajevo is planned at night at 01:35 a.m., and the takeoff from Sarajevo to Belgrade is planned at 04:30 a.m.,” Sarajevo Airport announced.
They also announced that from July 1st to September 8th, the SalamAir airline will operate to Oman at night on the Muscat – Sarajevo – Muscat route, twice a week, on Fridays and Sundays.
“The landing from Muscat to Sarajevo is planned at 01:40 a.m., and the takeoff from Sarajevo to Muscat is planned at 02:40 a.m. local time,” the Sarajevo Airport added.
In the period from June 12th to June 15th, the airline Jordan Aviation will operate on the route Medina – Sarajevo – Medina, which will transport pilgrims to the Hajj, and it is planned that a certain number of these charter flights will take place at night, Klix.ba reports.
