Yesterday, the Appellate Panel of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) approved the testimony of Dr. Kemal Dizdarevic regarding the alleged amnesia of Alisa Ramic (maiden name Mutap) from the night of Dzenan Memic’s death.
Muriz Memic, the father of the murdered Dzenan, said that he has full confidence in the work of the Prosecutor’s Office and the Court of BiH. He spoke about the deletion of video surveillance recordings and said that they knew as early as 2016 that they were deliberately deleted and that someone must be held accountable for that.
“They brought an idiotic recording from 2013 to convince the Court that the resolution is bad, it has nothing to do with 2016. I think that on June 7th, the amnesia ends, that the lies of Alisa Mutap end, that the crime of Dalida Burzic and Sabina Sarajlija, who were ready to do all this because of the lies of Alisa Mutap, ends. Branko Peric did not allow the testimony of Dr. Kemal Dizdarevic. This court listened, we know his findings from 2016, and we know that this amnesia was necessary for Dalida Burzic. Alisa Mutap did not have amnesia,” Memic said.
At the end of his address to the media, he also had a message for Alisa Mutap.
“I can tell her to put on her shoes because, with the end of the amnesia, there will be another procedure for Alisa Mutap, I promise her that,” Memic emphasized.
The legal representative of the Memic family, Ifet Feraget, said that for the eighth year, they have been trying to find out the truth about the murder of Dzenan Memic because of, what he called, secondary culprits of Judge Branko Peric.
“Branko’s secondary culprits, police officers, and prosecutors destroyed the evidence, and because of that, our fight has lasted eight years. These secondary culprits are the main culprits in the fact that we don’t know what the content of the destroyed video surveillance footage is. Looking for evidence of what is on the video footage that was destroyed would be the same as if you were to examine a weapon that someone hid or threw away. You can assume what the recordings contain, but they were destroyed due to the human factor. The defense’s thesis was that it was a power outage, and the Prosecution was able to prove with the exceptional expertise of the respected Mr. Irhad Kos that the power outage does not cause the deletion of video surveillance footage,” said Feraget.
In the accepted proposal of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, it was requested to reproduce the testimony of those heard in the first-instance proceedings, Abdulah Kucukalic, an expert in the field of psychiatry, Hamza Zujo, an expert in forensic medicine, as well as Irhad Kos, an expert from the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA), Klix.ba reports.
