Dodik announced his Plans for the coming Year

President of Bosnia and Herzegovina of the Republika Srpska entity, Milorad Dodik, today at a press conference in Banja Luka, repeated his earlier views that this entity will not agree to the transfer of jurisdiction to the state level, as well as to the Law on State Property of BiH.

“The Republika Srpska is ready to move towards independence in relation to property, which is a red line for us. We will not allow any activities against the RS, and everything we have succeeded so far is thanks to a strong team, which works without hesitation in interest of the RS and its inhabitants,” Dodik wrote on Twitter.

Dodik added that RS will successfully respond to all challenges, including negative influences from foreign factors.

“The current government successfully managed the RS in times of crisis, which will be continued. This shows the ability of the government and the government, which worked successfully last year and will continue to work. We will work harder to create all the conditions for investments, and everything in the interest of the nation and the people who live here. This was also the topic of the meeting in Banja Luka with the most important officials of the RS and directors of public companies,” added Dodik.

Finally, he touched on the issue of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

“The RS will not propose or elect judges of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The issue of the Constitutional Court has become the most important political issue in Bosnia and Herzegovina. All majority decisions are made against the Serbs and Republika Srpska. It is rational not to elect our representatives in the Constitutional Court and not to give legitimacy to decision-making against us,” emphasized Dodik, Klix.ba reports.
