Signing of Note on Japanese Grant Today

The Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers and BiH Minister of Foreign Affairs Zlatko Lagumdžija and the Ambassador of Japan in our country Hideo Yamakazi will sign and exchange notes today on the implementation of a grant by the Japanese government relating to the purchase of project equipment specified for protection, rescue and medical equipment.

The grant is a form of aid by the Japanese government to BiH worth around 2 million euros in the form of equipment for protection and rescue (beneficiary is BiH Ministry of Security) and medical equipment (beneficiary is BiH Ministry of Civil Affairs).

The BiH Deputy Minister of Security Mladen Ćavar, Deputy Minister of Civil Affairs Draženka Malićbegović and Miroslav Tomić from the cabinet of the Ministry of Finance and Treasury will participate in the ceremony.
