Deputy Minister of Defense of Bosnia and Herzegovina for Politics and Planning Mijo Kresic met today the Military Attaché of the Republic of Austria to BiH, Brigadier Erich Simbürger in an official visit.
Kresic thanked Brigadier Simbürger for his continuous cooperation with the Ministry of Defense and the Armed Forces of BiH. Deputy Minister stressed that cooperation has no alternative and that good bilateral relations must continue successfully despite the COVID-19 pandemic.
In the past few years, bilateral cooperation has been especially intensified through the education of cadets from BiH at the prestigious Austrian Theresian Military Academy, the exchange of educators and the participation of members of the AFBiH in professional seminars and courses in Austria, for which Kresic expressed his appreciation.
Brigadier Erich Simbürger expressed satisfaction with the fact that the focus of cooperation was successfully implemented, and that is the education of cadets of the AF BiH at the Military Academy in the Republic of Austria, the Ministry of Defense of BiH announced.
