Police officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency are conducting an operational action at several locations in the area of East Sarajevo, Sarajevo, Kiseljak, Visoko, Banja Luka and Zvornik.
The operational action is being carried out in order to implement several orders of the Court of BiH to search apartments, other premises, movable property and persons and temporarily seize objects, due to the existence of grounds for suspicion that the criminal offense of “Associating for the purpose of committing criminal offenses” from the Criminal Code of BiH has been committed, in connection with the criminal offenses of “Tax evasion” and “Money laundering” from the Criminal Code of BiH.
The operational action is being conducted under the supervision of the acting prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, with the support of the Ministry of Interior of the Central Bosnia Canton, the Ministry of Interior of the Zenica-Doboj Canton, the Ministry of Interior of the Sarajevo Canton and the Ministry of Interior of the Republika Srpska, SIPA announced.
