Upon the order of the acting prosecutor, with the order of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, police officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency – SIPA, with the assistance of police officers of the Sarajevo Canton Ministry of Interior, searched facilities and seized documents from the Sarajevo Canton Emergency Medical Service, the Prosecutor’s Office
The searches are being conducted within the case related to the suffering of Dzenan Memic. The searches refer to archival documentation as well as other necessary documents for the case in which the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH is acting. After the end of the search, the acting prosecutor will be determined according to further activities and the investigation in the case will continue intensively.
