Six People died of Coronavirus in Bosnia and Herzegovina in Only One Day

In just 24 hours, six people died of coronavirus, all in the Republika Srpska entity, Vijesti.ba news portal reports.

Three men and one woman died at the University Clinical Center of RS in Banja Luka.

These are two patients from Kozarska Dubica, aged 65 and 74, then a 73-year-old woman from Ostra Luka, who suffered from multiple chronic diseases, while the fourth deceased patient in UKC RS is a patient from Gradiska who was 87 years old.

One person died at a hospital in Trebinje. This is an 82-year-old woman from Gacko who passed away at the Infectious Diseases Department of the Trebinje hospital.

The hospital’s statement said the patient at the hospital had been treated since May 3rd and was on a respirator.

This is the second patient to have died of coronavirus in eastern Herzegovina.

The sixth person has passed away at the Holy Apostle Luke Hospital in Doboj. This is an 82-year-old patient from Brod.

The deceased arrived at the Hospital’s Infectious Disease Service from the Derventa Nursing Home.

In the entity Republika Srpska, a total of 50 people died from coronavirus.
