Sixteen new Cases of Coronavirus Infection registered in Bosnia and Herzegovina

There are 16 new cases of coronavirus infection registered in Republika Srpska entity (RS), RS Health Minister Alen Seranic said at a news conference after a session of the Republican Emergency Headquarters held in Banja Luka on Thursday, Vijesti.ba news portal reports.

Seranic said 50 samples were tested, 16 of which tested positive for corona virus, namely ten women and six men.

He stated that nine cases related to the third cluster in Banja Luka.

“Three of them are from Banja Luka, but they are related to individual cases,” he said.

This increased the total number of infected in the RS to 45.

Seranic said none of those infected were life-threatening.

Thus, the number of new cases of coronavirus infection in BiH has increased to 63.
