On Monday and Tuesday next week, Skopje will host a meeting of European Union (EU) and Western Balkans leaders, dedicated to the Growth Plan, which will also be attended by EU Commissioner for Enlargement, Marta Kos.

The government’s press service announced that Kos will hold a meeting with Prime Minister Hristijan Mickoski on Monday, followed by a bilateral meeting with extended delegations.

On Tuesday, two panels will be held, the first of which will be dedicated to the Growth Plan for the Western Balkans, where Mickoski and Kos will address the participants, followed by a press conference.

The second panel will be dedicated to specific mechanisms and support for the implementation of the Growth Plan, with participation from ministers, representatives of the EU, regional organizations, and international partners.

The European Commission announced two days ago that Kos will travel to Skopje to meet with Western Balkans leaders and that, in addition to Mickoski, the meeting will be attended by the leaders of Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), Kosovo, Serbia, and Montenegro.
