Slovenian Convoy of Humanitarian Assistance Arrived

slovenijaToday, 15 trucks of Slovenian humanitarian assistance arrived in Bosnia and Herzegovina. According to the Embassy of the Republic of Slovenia in Bosnia and Herzegovina, this help was collected during the weekend and Monday.

Fifteen trucks were sent to help Prijedor and Sanski Most, two were sent to Tuzla, and five to Sarajevo.

The aid was delivered to the organization Otvorena mreza (Open Network) which will distribute help to those who need that is to areas which have been or are still affected by floods.

The humanitarian aid collected was done by citizens of Slovenia with the help of the Red Cross of Slovenia and it was delivered to B&H with help of the Army of Slovenia.

According to the Embassy of the Republic of Slovenia in Bosnia, humanitarian aid collection will continue and the second convoy is planned to arrive as early as Saturday.
