For the past five days, the “Combined Effort 22” exercise of the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina was conducted on Manjaca, which was supposed to show the readiness of the soldiers, and which NATO rated as “excellent”.

BiH Minister of Defense Sifet Podžić held a media conference today where he announced the results of the exercise that took place in Manjača over the past five days, in which the soldiers of the Light Infantry Battalion Group of the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina showed their readiness.

Podžić also clarified what kind of scoring is involved and what are all the qualifications that are being looked at.

Namely, as explained by Podžić, there are four levels of assessment, and therefore four grades: excellent, very good, good and unsuccessful. Five areas are evaluated: preparation, operation, support, communication and information systems and administration.

“The battalion combat group of the light infantry was evaluated in three areas with an ‘excellent’ success, and in two areas with a score of ‘very good,'” Podžić said.

In this exercise, the soldiers of the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina went through over two thousand and 100 tasks that they were supposed to demonstrate in front of the evaluators from NATO. Podžić congratulated all soldiers, officers, non-commissioned officers and generals who participated in this exercise.

“That’s a total of 890 soldiers, plus two platoons, which is ultimately 1118 members of the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina,” Podžić said, once again thanking everyone who participated in this exercise and calling on the authorities to pay more attention to the “golden boys” in the future ” such as the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina have, Klix.ba writes.
