4.1 Richter Earthquake hit Blagaj

A moderate earthquake upset residents of Mostar on Tuesday morning.

“The earthquake hit the Blagaj area at 11.45 am. The magnitude of the earthquake was 4.1 Richter, and the intensity in the epicenter was 5 degrees on the Mercalli scale,” the Center for Seismology of the Federal Hydrometeorological Institute in Sarajevo told Fena.

According to preliminary data, the earthquake did not cause material damage.
