Soldiers of the Serbian Army in Uniform marched through Prijedor, Dodik said: “Finally”

This morning, the Serbian Army paraded through Prijedor as part of the commemoration of the Battle of Kozara. This event was organized under the auspices of the Government of the RS, with the aim of highlighting the Serbian victims and the struggle of the Serbs against the Ustashas and fascists.

However, the controversy is caused by the fact that the army of the neighboring country, which was declared guilty because it did not prevent the genocide against the Bosniaks and which has territorial claims towards Bosnia and Herzegovina, is marching through Prijedor, the city where mass crimes were committed against the Bosniaks.

The army continued its parade towards Kozara, and as RTRS reports, the citizens of Prijedor greeted them with applause. The President of the RS, Milorad Dodik, also shared the contribution of RTRS with the comment: “Finally.”

Dodik is known for his stories about “my separation” of the RS from Bosnia and Herzegovina and its merger with Serbia. Today, he repeated that he will declare independence if the law on state property is imposed.

“If the world community tries to impose a law on property, Republika Srpska will not hesitate to declare independence,” Dodik said in an interview with RIA Novosti.

The question remains whether the Serbian Army has the necessary permits to march through Bosnia and Herzegovina and how they crossed the border in the first place, Klix.ba writes.
