The health-tourist centre Banja Vrućica (Spa Vrućica) received in November officially the confirmation of the quality of services by assignment of the ISO 9001: 2008 certificate. By accepting the ISO standard and by implementing the certification system, Banja Vrućica proves its constant dedication towards improving the quality of services, needs and wishes of its guests. – was stated at the Banja Vrućica.
“It is another proof of the quality of our work that we can be proud of. We will continue to focus on the perfection of our services so we could improve our quality even more.” – pointed out Aleksandar Radošević from Banja Vrućica.
Getting ISO standard means taking the responsibility of maintaining a high level of services and internal systems of management as well as their constant improvement and perfection. ISO 9001: 2008 means professionalism and internationally recognizable norms of quality that have the same value in all countries and across all continents.
