Srebrenica is the only city in B&H that has no bakery. This will change by mid-August, when the Srebrenica people will have chance to try products of the first bakery after the war in this city.
Equipments for the bakery are donation charities from the humanitarian organization “Help Srebrenica” from Dortmund. German journalist and humanitarian Dirk Planert is the founder of this organization.
At the bakery will be hired six people. The Municipality of Srebrenica will help also with the opening of the bakery which undertook the task to adapt the space and to provide financial support for the employees.
