Start of Preparations for the Construction of Fast Road Lasva – Travnik soon?

Čapljina Ravno Road ekapija.baThe construction of the fast road Lasva – Nevic Polje, which will connect Travnik with Corridor 5C, is of great public interest, as confirmed by the decision on Thursday at the 99th session of the Government of FBiH.

More specifically, the Government of FBiH adopted the Decision on establishing the public interest for the construction of the fast road Lasva – Nevic-Polje, in the length of almost 25 kilometers.

With this decision, the beneficiary of expropriation Public Enterprise FBiH Ltd. Mostar was ordered to start the process of expropriation of property on already prepared elaborates.

The Government of FBiH adopted almost identical decision in 2014, with which was established public interest in construction of the fast road Lasva – Vitez – Donji Vakuf, and since two years have passed from the date of its adoption during which was necessary to start the expropriation procedure, a new decision on establishing the public interest was adopted, which represents a legal requirement for the beginning of the expropriation process.

With this starts the first phase of construction of the fast road, which is much needed for the people of Central Bosnia Canton, which will connect them to Corridor 5C.
