Statute of Fund for Flooded Areas on Territory of FBiH Adopted

federalna-vladaGovernment of the Federation of BiH adopted a proposal of the Governing Board, Statute of the Fund, which according to the Law regulates issues that refer to the name and headquarters, activities, organization, structure, bodies and management, property, financial business, plan of activities, distribution and use of funds, transparency and other issues important for organization and other activities of the Fund.

Federation Government also appointed Jasmin Jaganjac as temporary Director of Fund for flooded areas in territory of the Federation of FBiH. He is authorized, on behalf of FBiH Government, to carry out preparations so the Federation Fund can start working, especially when it comes to securing the necessary permits.

Fund is established by the Federation of BiH and the Federation Government will carry out the duties on behalf of the Federation.

Government tasked the Secretariat to prepare proposal of Rules of procedure of the Governing Board of the Fund, PR Office of the FBiH Government announced.
