Stevandic: I Faced No Obstacles Entering BiH and Ensured I Did Not Endanger Anyone

A meeting between Milorad Dodik and Nenad Stevandić is underway in Banja Luka.

A video recording of the meeting confirms that the President of the National Assembly of the Republika Srpska Nenad Stevandić, for whom a central warrant has been issued, has returned to BiH from Serbia. The question is how it is possible that he entered BiH without being arrested.

Illegally, or the Border Police did not register him.

The BiH Border Police are not responding to our calls and inquiries. Stevandić tells the media that no one stopped him, and that he also made an effort not to endanger anyone.

Given that a warrant has been issued for Stevandic, it remains unclear how he entered Bosnia and Herzegovina from Serbia, if he traveled by land and across the border crossing.

The option of transferring persons sought by judicial authorities by air from BiH to Serbia and vice versa using government aircraft is always open.

Let us recall that a central warrant has been issued for Dodik, Stevandic and the Prime Minister of the Republika Srpska, Radovan Višković, which has only been available in the system of all police agencies since yesterday.

The warrant was issued by order of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina and states that in the event of a control of persons on the warrant – it is necessary to deprive them of their liberty and bring them to the state court building.

They are suspected of attacking the constitutional order of the state.
