Students of the medical group of the faculty, more precisely students of the Medical Faculty, the Faculty of Health Studies and the Faculty of Pharmacy of the UIS, will hold a peaceful protest walk that will last for three days, starting from today.

The protests will start on Wednesday with the students of the Faculty of Medicine, then the students of the Faculty of Health Studies will hold them on Thursday, and the last to protest will be the students of the Faculty of Pharmacy at the University of Sarajevo on Friday, Klix.ba writes.

As a reason for the protest, the students cite the deafness of the institutions to their demands. “Students will express their dissatisfaction in this way and try to fight for their rights,” they said.

The problems of students are: failure to hold practical classes at the Clinical Center of the University of Sarajevo for all students of the medical group, failure to hold classes for students of Dentistry, Pharmacy and the Faculty of Health Studies in subjects for which professors from the Faculty of Medicine are responsible, financing of tuition fees for the best students by the Government of Sarajevo Canton, reduction of tuition costs for the academic year 2020/2021. year.

Students from all three faculties held online protests in the previous period for eight days, but no solution was found to solve their problems.
