international court justice hagueFriday is the deadline by which BiH has to submit a request for review of the judgment by the ICJ in the BiH lawsuit against Serbia for genocide.

According to the reporter of N1 Television in the Hague Vlado Maric, the BiH delegation led by Sakib Softic today will submit the application at 15:00 o’clock.

“The application will be delivered today at 15:00 o’clock by David Scheffer, Phon van den Biesen and me”, said Sakib Softic shortly.

After the receipt of the application, the Court in The Hague will check certain facts and deadlines, and then send it to the other side, in this case Serbia.

The timeline for the review by Serbia is not certain, and the Court gives an ad hoc deadline between 3 and 6 months.
