phyAt the 46th International Physics Olympiad (IPhO 2015) for high school students which was this year held in India from July 5th to July 12th, young physicists from B&H achieved the greatest success so far, ever since our country has participated in this competition. In the competition of 84 countries and over 380 students from around the world, our team won one silver and one bronze medal, and two Compliments (Honorary medals).

The silver medal was won by Bahrudin Trbalić (International High School, Tuzla), while Nermedin Džeković (International High School, Sarajevo) won the bronze medal. This is in total the third silver and fifth bronze medal for our country at the International Physics Olympiad.

Naida Dedić (Gymnasium “Visoko”, Visoko) and Ajdin Palavrić (First Gymnasium, Zenica) were awarded the honorary medals.
