12380203_1739402162963127_2012534918_nMinister for Upper Secondary School and Adult Education and Training in the government of the Kingdom of Sweden Aida Hadzialic said that the young people represent a great potential in BiH.

“However, you cannot expect things to happen by themselves if you’re not working on it, as individuals, but also at the state level,” said Hadzialic.

Hadzialic was born in BiH, and most of her life she was living and working in Sweden. Recently, she was staying in an official visit to BiH for the first time, whose main goal, as she said, was economic and business cooperation between Sweden and BiH. In this regard, she stated that the Swedish government believes that there is potential to strengthen trade opportunities of Sweden and Eastern European countries.

This young and successful politician is the youngest minister in the history of Sweden.

As the priorities of her mandate, she emphasized the creation of the education system built on equality and the best quality, as well as providing equal opportunities for lifelong learning to all Swedes.

While comparing the education systems of Sweden and BiH, said that the most obvious difference is in the fact that there is a unique program of education in Sweden, regardless of who the students are. On the other hand, she thinks that BiH must invest more in education.

She concluded that the main reasons for the successful work of Swedish schools is in the fact that the Swedish education system is universal, free and available to everyone, which is essential for the success of an education system.
