Prime Minister Fadil Novalic has announced that the systematic disinfection of cities in the Federation of BiH is starting today.

“I have instructed the Civil Protection Federal Crisis Staff to begin systematic disinfection in all cities of the Federation, as one of the measures to combat the spread of the coronavirus. Disinfection will start tonight in Konjic, as the currently most vulnerable city in the FBiH,” said Novalic for Fena news agency.

Two machines of the Federal Civil Protection Administration will be used for the disinfection and will appear on the streets of Konjic tonight after the curfew begins. Disinfection will then continue throughout the Federation.

Prime Minister Novalic also ordered that, in addition to the Civil Protection aircraft (gyroscopes) already deployed, helicopters of the Federal Police Directorate be used for the needs of medical teams and crisis staff.
