Tadic met with the Officials of the Global Firearms Program within the UN Office on Drugs and Crime

The Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, Gordana Tadić, together with the Deputy Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office, Emil Pinkas, met via video conference with the officials of the Global Firearms Program within the UN Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC GFP – United Nations Office on Drugs and Crimes Global Firearms Program) Dubravka Piotrovski and Diman Dimov, who are involved in the implementation of this project.

At the meeting, Emil Pinkas was appointed a contact person from the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, who will be a focal point for further implementation of activities within the Global Firerms Program.

Within this project, the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH was provided with the Practical Guide for Requesting Electronic Evidence Across Borders. The meeting also discussed cooperation in the field of fight against illicit firearms trafficking and prosecution of criminal offences in this area.

The work and cooperation within the said project will continue intensively in the coming period.
