After 17 years of construction, Blazevich has achieved his dream and built one of the most luxurious villas on American territory. Hacienda de la Paz is located near Los Angeles and its construction cost millions of dollars. According to the US media, this luxurious villa is the 36th largest villa in the United States.
He bought the land on which the luxury villa was constructed back in 1993. The construction lasted for 17 years. It was designed by Spanish architect Rafael Manzano Martos.
“I was planning to stay here forever, but as I am getting older, life offers new opportunities,” said Blazevich.
The main house on the property has 9 bedrooms and 25 bathrooms and a beautiful view of the ocean.
Born in Sarajevo, John Z. Blazevich moved to California as a child where he studied finance and marketing. He founded a company called Contessa Premium Foods, which quickly became a major distributor of frozen food in North America. Today he is the president of the Viv Group.
