Take a look at the Future Settlement Stup

stupThe project of the company for the engineering and construction “Vranica” Ltd Sarajevo is just one of 67 projects in Canton Sarajevo, which is waiting for investors. The project is called “Vranica TMZ” and it is planned to be constructed in Stup, the biggest and the most attractive location.

For the project is provided conceptual design, the Urban Development Plan, and a preliminary feasibility study. The project has the support of the local community and the Government of FBiH.

The value of the project is 605,226,913.91 BAM.

Within the TMZ Vranica is planned construction of a residential part that will occupy an area of 247,810.35 square meters, the business section that will cover an area of 69,797.48 square meters, garage section at 90797.48 square meters, and the hotel part on 22,482.96 square meters.

The value of the project is 605,226,913.91 BAM, and the amount of the required investment is 412,263,002.91 BAM.

The project was done by the company Publicum Ltd. from Sarajevo.
