In a new report on the best cheeses in the world, published recently, it was pointed out that two cheeses from Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) are among the best in the world list.
Livno (Livanjski) cheese, often known for its unique texture and rich taste, took a significant 60th place on the list. This cheese, which comes from the Livno region, captivates with its authentic aroma and traditional production methods.
On the 64th place is the local cheese from Nevesinje (Sir iz mijeha), which also represents the pride of this region. With its characteristic combination of rich flavor and quality texture, this cheese attracts the attention of cheese lovers around the world.
