Taxpayers in the Federation of BiH paid over 1.2 Million BAM of public Revenue

Taxpayers in the period January-February in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina paid 1,242,202,266 BAM of public revenue this year, which is 142,868,484 BAM more or 13 percent more than in the same period in 2023.

The Tax Administration of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina announced that in the period January-February 2024, contributions for pension and disability insurance, health insurance and contributions for unemployment were collected in the total amount of 862,920,623 BAM.

The number of employees by place of residence on February 29 is 542,222. This number is higher by 5,402 compared to the published data on the number of employees on February 28, 2023, when the number of employees was 536,820.

According to the official data of the FBiH Tax Administration, at the end of February, a total of 100,773 fiscal devices were installed in the territory of the FBiH, through which a total turnover of 4,943,799,503.45 BAM was recorded in February.

The Federal Tax Administration calls on all taxpayers to do business legally and to record each individual turnover through a fiscal device and issue an invoice to the customer.
