The Association of Victims: Who are the Perpetrators of Attacks on Returnees in Republika Srpska?

The Association of Victims and Witnesses of Genocide and the Association of the Mothers of the Srebrenica and Zepa Enclaves call on the courts to inform the public why none of the perpetrators of more than 1,000 attacks on returnees in the BiH entity Republika Srpska have been detected or sanctioned.

“We call on the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, law enforcement agencies, the Anti-Terrorism Task Force to immediately and inevitably inform the public why the Dayton Peace Agreement did not reveal or sanction any commander or perpetrator in over 1,000 terrorist attacks on returnees in the smaller RS entity. “, the association said in a statement.

They add that it sounds insulting and humiliating that all security and prosecutorial capacities in Bosnia and Herzegovina were engaged in finding the YouTuber who allegedly threatened Milorad Dodik, while thousands of terrorist attacks with fatal consequences remain undetected and covered up by the Prosecutor’s Office and law enforcement agencies.

They call on the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina to immediately and inevitably inform the public about the results of the January attacks on returnees, where the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights also demanded an urgent investigation.

After a series of warnings, they state that the associations will initiate criminal proceedings against all those who obstruct and cover up attacks in the Republika Srpska.

They point out that they will address the public on the first of every month regarding “covering up terrorism in the Republika Srpska”
