The company Lidl Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) d.o.o. increased its capital to almost 100 million BAM, more precisely to 98.769.415.00 BAM.

This is almost a double increase of the German investor’s capital in BiH because the previous balance was 49.873.665.00 BAM. It should be recalled that the first recapitalization took place in February this year when the founder of Lidl, the German WE-International Zweite GmbH, increased the company’s capital from 10.757.065 BAM to almost 50 million BAM.

The German company Lidl, which registered its company in BiH last year, is currently building one facility in Bijeljina and a storage and distribution center in Kiseljak.

According to earlier media announcements, Lidl planned to open at least six sales centers in BiH, Avaz reports.
