The Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina estimated the annual core inflation for the first quarter in the services sector at 4.27 percent, while the annual growth of average consumer prices in this sector was estimated at 4.71 percent.
The Bank states that in March, compared to February, inflationary pressures slightly strengthened in the price categories that are included in the calculation of core inflation.
The levels of annual core inflation in the services sector for the first three months do not differ significantly from the levels recorded for the entire previous year, which indicates the persistence of domestic inflationary pressures, the Bank states.
