The city of Sarajevo will acquire an electric vehicle that will transport children with developmental disabilities to the Olympic pool.

Mayor Benjamina Karic (SDP) confirmed that the EU4 Energy Transition project of the European Union (EU) was approved. The City of Sarajevo applied for financial and technical support through this project.

”We will donate the purchased vehicle to the ”Bazeni” Public Company to transport children with developmental disabilities. Our intention is to reduce costs for families of children with developmental disabilities, to provide them with better conditions, and also to reduce air pollution,” mayor Karic stated.

According to her, the value of the vehicle is 100.000 BAM.
