At yesterday’s sitting that was held in Sarajevo, the Government of FB&H established and submitted the Draft of the Law on Police Officers of F B&H to the FB&H Parliament, which regulates issues that are not included within the current law and specify some unclear solutions.
Draft of the Law on Changes and Amendments to the Law on conflict of interest in governmental institutions in the FB&H was determined, as well as the Draft of the Law on Citizenship of the Federation of B&H.
At yesterday’s session, adopted the text of the statement on the Proposal of 22 delegates in the House of Peoples of the FB&H Parliament for a vote of no-confidence in the Government of the FB&H.
At the proposal of the Ministry of Culture and Sport of FB&H, decisions on the programs of expenditure transfer from the Budget of FB&H were made. These are intended for the Fund for Publishing Activities and the Fund for Librarian Activity of FB&H.
The information of the Federal Ministry of Finance regarding the execution of the Budget of FB&H as well as the execution of public revenues in the FB&H for the first half of 2015 were discussed and adopted.
The Government adopted the annual consolidated report of internal audit in the public sector in the FB&H in 2014, and accepted the unified report of the Federal Administration for Inspection Affairs on the completed inspections of approved subsidies in agriculture, with some conclusions.
The information on security situation in the FB&H for the period of January-June 2015 was accepted as well, and it was drafted on the initiative of the Club of the SDP for holding the session of the House of Representatives of the FB&H Parliament, as announced from the Office of Public Relations of Government of FB&H.
