The Office of the Disciplinary Prosecutor of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council ex officio formed a disciplinary case against the Chief State Prosecutor Milanko Kajganić.

The reason for this is the media appearance of the chief prosecutor of the BiH Prosecutor’s Office, Milanko Kajganić, in the RTRS television program “Pečat”.

“The Office of the Disciplinary Prosecutor of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina can confirm that, ex officio, it opened a case regarding the media appearance of the Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Milanko Kajganić, in the RTRS television show “Pečat” which was broadcast on 13/04/2023 . year”, they stated from UDT.

Namely, during his guest appearance, Kajganić spoke, among other things, about the changes to the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina imposed by the former high representative Valentin Inzko, which prohibits the denial of genocide, war crimes and the glorification of war criminals.
