Due to the lack of quorum for work and decision-making, the BiH Council of Ministers did not consider the Proposal for a Decision on declaring July 11 a day of mourning in Bosnia and Herzegovina at the 79th extraordinary telephone session – the BiH Council of Ministers announced.
As stated, there were eight votes for the proposed item on the agenda, while two members (ministers from the Serbian people from Republika Srpska) did not use the opportunity to vote.
