The Court of BiH terminated the Custody for Pavlović

12736036_1105039379547017_2074139920_nThe Court of BiH granted the appeal by the attorney team of the arrested in the affair “Pavlović bank” and terminated the custody for the owner of the Pavlović Bank Slobodan Pavlović and three other arrested employees of that bank.
The Court of BiH terminated the decision on custody for the owner of the Pavlović Bank Slobodan Pavlović and employees of this bank Ljiljana Garić, Petar Lazić and Blago Blagojević. Detention measures have been abolished for all four arrested persons in the case of Pavlović bank. Instead, measures of house arrest are introduced.

A hearing regarding the appeal to the custody for the owner of the Pavlović Bank Slobodan Pavlović and three employees of this bank Ljiljana Garić, Petar Lazić and Blago Blagojević was held yesterday in the Court of BiH.

“I received information from the Appeals Chamber of the Court of BiH that my appeal has been granted and that Mr. Pavlović, as well as other persons arrested in this case, will be released with prohibition measures, i.e. house arrest,” confirmed Slobodan Pavlović’s attorney, Miodrag Stojanović.

They will be released when their passports are handed over to the reception of the Court of BiH, Stojanović said.

On January 11, members of the State Investigation and Protection Agency of BiH (SIPA), upon the order by the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, arrested Slobodan Pavlović and three other employees of the Pavlović Bank due to suspicion of committing criminal offence the abuse of office or authorizations and money laundering, regarding the operations of this bank.
